The apartment where Elvis and his parents lived from 1949 to 1953 has been carefully restored and renovated and is now available for rent! Experience a slice of life in the early 1950s at Lauderdale Courts, with one foot in the heart of downtown and the other on the edge of Memphis' historic first suburb!
Located just 15 minutes from Memphis International Airport and Graceland, the Elvis Suite is the one and only chance you will get to sleep where Elvis did!
Rates
$250 per night (+taxes)
Excluding blackout and premium dates which occur annually during the birthday celebrations in January, and Elvis Week in August.

Duration: Minimum one-night stay, Maximum six-night stay

Uptown Square and the Elvis Suite are non-smoking facilities

Uptown Square is a historic property, therefore we have no wheelchair access to the apartment

Check-In is at 4:00 p.m.
Check-Out is at 10:00 a.m.
We ask that exceptions not be requested as these times allow the necessary time to professionally clean the apartment. Charges will be incurred should you stay beyond this time.
Deposit: A deposit equaling 50% of the total is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
Payment Terms: Remainder of balance is due 30 days prior to date of arrival
Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are payable in full at the time of the booking
Payment Methods: Check and Major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, Mastercard)
Reservations are guaranteed upon clearance of checks
Returned checks will incur a $30.00 fee
Late Payments: Unpaid reservations cannot be guaranteed
Public Tours / Blackout Dates: The Elvis Suite is open for public tours from 10am to 5pm during Birthday Week and Elvis Week each year. Admission is $10 per person. Therefore, reservations cannot be made during Birthday Week and Elvis Week each year. Please call for specific blackout dates.
Premium Dates
The Elvis Suite is available for rent during holidays; holiday rates may apply during Christmas, New Year's and other premium dates. Please call our office for further information if you are interested in making a reservation for these times.
Cancellation Policy
The Elvis Suite is available for rent 365 days a year with the exception of the blackout dates listed above. When the apartment is booked, those dates are removed from the "available inventory" as shown on the Availability Calendar on this website. The dates are also blocked on our Property Manager's computer. The next update of the Availability Calendar will show that the booked space is no longer available. Given that we removed the booked space from our availability listings so that other renters know that it is unavailable, the following cancellation policies apply:
Cancellations made within 31 days or more prior to the arrival date forfeit the booking deposit of 50%.
Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival forfeit the entire booking total.
Damage Policy
Guests are responsible for any damage to the apartment and its contents beyond normal wear and tear. This includes the loss of contents of the apartment and excessive cleaning requirements. Should the damage be so extensive that the apartment must be shut down for repair, the guest is responsible for both the lost rental renevue and the relocation costs of the next intended occupants.
Disclosure
Uptown Square and its associated partners and affiliates will not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature of kind whatsoever, to you or your traveling companions or other group members resulting from events beyond our or a supplier's reasonable control. This would include, but not be limited to, acts fo God, strikes, lockouts or other labor disputes or disruptions, wars, blockades, insurrections, riots, earthquakes, hurricanes, tornados, weather conditions, snow conditions, road closures, floods, or acts or restraints imposed by government authorities.
The act of making a booking indicates tacit acceptance of the aforementioned policies.
